WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

All of our rugs are made to order with an average lead time of 8-12 weeks upon approved order. Lead times can vary depending on size and bespoke services.

DO WE CARRY STOCK?

We do not carry stock as our rugs are made to order.

DO YOU HAVE SIZE RESTRICTIONS?

We can accommodate almost any size rug though please bear in mind price does reflect over-sized orders.

CAN WE GET SAMPLES FOR OUR LIBRARY?

We are happy to lend our IR samples to clients as this is an integral part of the design process, because we are a small business with small batch sample orders we ask that our clients keep the samples for a maximum of two weeks unless otherwise discussed. Please reach out for permanent samples as we are happy to develop a collection of permanent samples for your library.

WHAT DESIGN IS BEST FOR HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS, KIDS, PETS ETC.?
